Who we are

What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address, any delivery notes, and what you ordered.
- When you sign in to My orders: your email address and the one-time code we send you.
- When you contact us: your message and the contact details you use.
- When you browse: basic technical information such as your device and browser type and, only if you accept them, analytics and marketing cookies.
We do not collect or store card or bank details on this website. You pay on delivery.
Why we use it
- To carry out your order (our contract with you): confirming it, arranging delivery, taking payment on delivery and dealing with returns.
- To keep records the law requires (legal obligation), such as accounting and tax records.
- To run and protect the website (our legitimate interests): preventing misuse and fixing problems.
- To send you offers, only if you ticked the box asking for them (your consent). You can stop these at any time.
- To measure visits and advertising, only if you accepted analytics and marketing cookies (your consent).
Who we share it with
- The furniture supplier and delivery team who bring your order, so they can deliver to you and contact you about the delivery.
- Companies that provide our website hosting, database and email sending, who act only on our instructions.
- Analytics and advertising providers, only if you accepted those cookies.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information. Some of our providers may process information outside the UK; where they do, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order, for any return or complaint, and for our accounting and tax records. If you asked for offers, we keep your details for that purpose until you tell us to stop.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it, or limit how we use it, where the law allows;
- stop sending you marketing, at any time;
- give you your information in a form you can pass to another company.
